Inara asserts that she is not currently close to anyone, especially since the divorce process with Virgoun in the West Jakarta Religious Court has just begun.

Denying any special relationship, Inara said that her meeting with the Arab man was only to apologize for making content about her.

In her lawsuit, Inara submitted 11 demands ranging from the request for divorce, custody rights, child support, iddah maintenance, to joint marital assets.

"There are many, there are 75 pages," said Arjana.

The divorce lawsuit documents filed by Inara Rusli against Virgoun have been registered in the West Jakarta Religious Court with registration number 1662/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB. The first hearing for this young couple has also been scheduled by the court.

Virgoun Suddenly Withdraws Divorce Petition in First Hearing

Dream - The marital conflict between Virgoun and Inara Rusli once again brings surprises. In the first hearing held at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, Virgoun decided to withdraw the divorce petition.

This first divorce hearing was held without the presence of Virgoun, who was represented by his lawyer, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno. Meanwhile, Inara came with her lawyer and relatives.

The withdrawal of the divorce petition filed by Virgoun was not because the Last Child vocalist wanted to reconcile. The lawyer withdrew the petition because they had not included the issue of custody when registering.

"Initially, we did not include the issue of custody at our request," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno.

In its development, Wijayono revealed that the Virgoun family finally discussed changing the joint custody of the child to sole custody for their client. "We want joint custody, we will ask for it," he said.

Soon, Virgoun plans to refile his divorce petition with a new format that includes the issue of custody.

"Within one or two days, we will submit the lawsuit again and we will add the issue of custody, we will request it in the petition," he said.

Meanwhile, Inara Rusli's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, feels disappointed with Virgoun's attitude because he wants to take full custody of the child.

"According to Indonesian law, all custody rights belong to the mother. Moreover, the child is underage," said Arjana.

Nevertheless, Inara Rusli will still face all of this with an open mind.

"What can we do? Just wait for the next two days until there is a new lawsuit," said Arjana.
