According to Sandy, her client agrees to separate amicably. They no longer live together.

"They are definitely no longer living together. But the communication remains good, especially since they have decided to raise their child together," she said.

In this divorce lawsuit, Shandy does not contest any joint assets. She just wants to separate from David Herbowo. As for custody rights, Shandy wants joint custody.

"Purely just a divorce." There are no issues regarding joint assets and custody because the child is being raised alternately. They have arranged it to avoid any disputes, spending time with the father and mother separately," said Sandy Arifin.

The first hearing for Shandy and David will be held on May 3, 2023, with a mediation agenda to bring both parties together.

"(Regarding the hearing agenda) it depends on whether all parties are present at the first hearing, for example, if the plaintiff and defendant are present, they will be required to go through the mediation process first," he added.
