Long Absence, Ridho Rhoma's Appearance Amazes

Dream - After a long absence, Ridho Rhoma appeared with a new look. Now, the 33-year-old man, who was released from prison for drug cases on May 2, is fuller.

The son of King of Dangdut, Rhoma Irama, admitted that he dares not weigh himself.

Ridho intends to diet and exercise to slim down again. "I don't know and I don't want to find out. I have to diet and exercise again," he said.

Wearing a black shirt and a brown peci, Ridho looks happy because in this Eid moment, he can gather with his family again.

"Alhamdulillah, today, I can be with my family again, gathering," said Ridho, quoted from Merdeka.

He apologizes for his mistakes and thanks the prison officers who have guided him behind bars.

"I also apologize for my big mistake. And I would like to thank the head of Cipinang Penitentiary, East Jakarta, who has received me well here, providing guidance, of course, I have learned a lot," he said.

Regarding future plans, Ridho said he will return to the music world by releasing a song. He said the song is very meaningful because he created it while in confinement.

"God willing, if it is released, there are several songs. But I will see the situation first. Because I want to see my family first. Please pray that everything goes smoothly. So I can come back," he said.

Not to forget, Ridho also said he can't wait to meet Rhoma Irama. "Yes, of course, he is my number one parent. I will definitely meet my parent first," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of Cipinang Penitentiary, Tonny Nainggolan, explained that Ridho's release was after the remission decree was issued, and then he was granted parole.

"We temporarily hand him over to Bapas (East Jakarta Penitentiary). Then, from Bapas East Jakarta, Mas Ridho will be directed to Bapas Bogor, according to his closer domicile," he said.

It is known that Ridho Rhoma was previously involved in a drug case after being arrested by the Narcotics Investigation Unit of Tanjung Priok Port Metro Police in an apartment in South Jakarta on Thursday, February 4, 2021.

During eight months of undergoing punishment at the Tanjung Priok Port Police, Ridho Rhoma was transferred to Cipinang Penitentiary, East Jakarta, on September 21, 2021.

In the previous case, Ridho had also served a prison sentence at the Salemba Detention Center, Central Jakarta.
