Divorce Lawsuit against Virgoun, Inara Rusli Demands Child Support and Monthly Care Costs of Rp110 Million, as well as Cash of Rp10 Billion

Dream - Inara Rusli is counter-suing Virgoun at the West Jakarta Religious Court. In her lawsuit, Inara made many demands, from child support to hadhanah or the cost of caring for their children.

According to Inara's lawyer, Arjana Bagaskara, her client demands that Virgoun pay a monthly child care cost of Rp50 million. The hadhanah must be given until each of their children reaches the age of 21.

"It is ruled that Virgoun must pay hadhanah in the amount of Rp50 million per month, with each of them reaching the age of 21 in cash," said Arjana Bagaskara, as quoted from the show Cumi Cumi.

Inara also demands that Virgoun provide child support for their three children. The child support must be given to each child until they reach adulthood.

"Then it is ruled that Virgoun must pay child support in the amount of Rp60 million per month, until they reach the age of 21 in cash, even after the divorce verdict, although there is an appeal process," continued Arjuna.

The divorce lawsuit documents filed by Inara Rusli against Virgoun have been registered at the West Jakarta Religious Court with registration number 1662/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB. The first hearing for this young couple has also been scheduled by the court.
