Often Bullied Because of Singing False, Keisya Levronka is Afraid to Meet People

Dream - Keisya Levronka is often harassed by netizens because she has failed several times to perform her own song Tak Ingin Usai. Her voice is false even when singing her own songs.

Most recently, she was considered a failure when performing at the Anugrah Industri Muzik (AIM) Malaysia awards event recently. The Indonesian Idol graduate's voice was false, resulting in criticism from Malaysians.

This incident has made the singer, born on February 2, 2003, traumatized to meet many people. She is afraid that her mistakes while singing will become a topic of conversation.

"Before, I really enjoyed meeting people, I really enjoyed having long conversations. But now, every time I meet people, I feel scared," Keisya said on Denny Sumargo's YouTube channel.

Keisya is afraid that everyone will think she can't sing, especially when performing her own songs.

"'Oh, that's the one who can't reach the notes,' that's what I think. Like when people meet Keisya, (they say) she can't sing," she added.

However, Keisya tries to be patient. She also realizes that her singing style and technique are still lacking.

"No (hurt feelings) because that's the fact." "At that time, I felt like I hadn't reached the right pitch, it's okay. I felt like 'oh, it was my fault'," she said.

In this category, Keisya was able to beat two other nominations, Lesti Kejora and Rossa. In addition to receiving an award, the Indonesian Idol graduate singer also performed her hit song Tak Ingin Usai.

Once again, while singing this song, Keisya made a mistake. Her voice slipped and sounded false. Keisya was then flooded with criticism from Malaysians.

After that incident, Keisya vented on Twitter. She felt sad because she was treated like that again. "Very sad but very happy at the same time," said Keisya.

Keisya's post was uploaded again by the Instagram account @lambegosiip, and many agreed that her voice is never stable when singing her own songs.

"How hurtful is it?" said the account @onshoprossa.

"It's better to let Tarzan replace you when you're singing," wrote the account @nunick.widya.

"This is not a failure, but part of her unique style," replied the account @zhy_hasyim.

Keisya Levronka uploaded a heartfelt confession about the pain she feels in her work through a short tweet on her Twitter account. Ivan Gunawan, who made harsh comments when he was a guest judge on a talent search show, apologized through his Instagram account.   

"For the first time, the pain in my work feels so deep," wrote Keisya Levronka, quoted by Dream from her Twitter account, Tuesday, July 26, 2022. 

Keisya's tweet is believed to have been triggered by Ivan Gunawan's sharp comments when he was a judge on a talent search event.

After watching a video posted by the gossip account @insta_julid, Keisya, who came as a guest to sing, was advised by Igun to use lipsync assistance because she was not feeling well.

Igun, who is familiarly called Igun, suggested that Keisya bring Dila, one of the contestants, as a way to anticipate if she fails to sing 'Tak Ingin Usai' again.

"Keisya, if you're not feeling well, if you can't sing, invite her," said Ivan Gunawan.

Hearing Igun's advice, the singer from Malang, East Java, just laughed on stage. But the video, which initially went viral on social media, became even more popular when Keisya posted a tweet on her Twitter account.

After being reposted by the gossip account @insta_julid, the 19-year-old woman's confession was immediately commented on by netizens.

Many suspected that Keisya's confession was due to Igun's harsh remarks.

"Igun told her to lipsync using someone else's voice even though her voice is good" :(," said the account @areajulidtiktok.

"Smiling/laughing while holding back the pain, it hurts so much," said the account @zachrany_park.

"But what Igun said is actually true. Understandable, Keisya is still young. A little hurt, she wrote on Twitter," wrote the account @bela_sefira.
