Responding to the Rezky Aditya Case after Being Determined as Kekey's Biological Father, Citra Kirana: 'All This Time I've Been Trying to Be Patient and Strong, Although...'

Dream - Citra Kirana responds to her husband Rezky Aditya's case as the biological father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's daughter. Citra does not deny that this problem feels heavy for her.

The 29-year-old woman asserts that the Supreme Court's decision regarding Rezky being determined as Kekey's biological father does not change anything. Especially her relationship with her husband.

Citra even gives full support to her husband to undergo a DNA test to eliminate doubts.

"And from this Supreme Court decision, hopefully it will not change anything for my family. There is nothing else I need to worry about. In fact, I will support my husband in undergoing a DNA test to eliminate doubts," said Citra Kirana.

At the end of the sentence, the Tukang Bubur Naik Haji actress asked for prayers to keep her marriage with Rezky harmonious and strong.

"And for the future, please pray for our family so that my husband and I, Mr. Rezky, can continue our married life with strength and patience," said Citra Kirana.

Determined to Be Kekey's Biological Father, Rezky Aditya is Ready to Take a DNA Test

Dream - Rezky Aditya finally appeared in public after being declared the biological father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's daughter. Accompanied by his wife and legal counsel, Ana Sofa Yuking clarified the matter.

According to him, the decision is irrelevant because it shows irregularities in the process of his client. Moreover, there is no evidence that Rezky is Kekey's biological father.

"Please let the public judge this decision as a clear fact and an indication of irregularities in the legal process that truly undermines justice for our client," said Ana Sofa Yuking quoted by Dream, from  YouTube Ana Sofa Yuking, Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

"We feel that such a decision is very dangerous if it becomes a reference for law enforcement in Indonesia," she added.

Then, Ana Sofa mentioned the DNA test as accurate evidence that has never been done by the plaintiff. However, according to Ana, Rezky's side has never refused and is always ready to undergo a DNA test.

"Regarding the DNA test, our client Rezky Aditya has never refused to undergo a DNA test. In fact, our client Rezky Aditya openly and firmly stated in the May 27, 2022 statement that he offered to take a DNA test," said Ana Sofa. 

"Since then until today, the plaintiff's party has never contacted us or our client for a DNA test," added Ana Sofa.

Dream - Wenny Ariani is grateful because the Supreme Court (MA) rejected the cassation filed by Rezky Aditya regarding the controversy of Kekey's biological father, Naira Kaemita Sasmita alias Kekey.

"Alhamdulillah. Everything we have done is for Kekey," said Wenny Ariani in South Jakarta, Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

However, until now, there has been no good intention from Rezky's side. Because he has not contacted her for the past two years.

"We've given him a chance for two years, but there has been no good intention," she added.

As Kekey's mother, Wenny has never closed the access. She has never prohibited Rezky from meeting their daughter.

"I don't want to force them to meet. But I won't say no for Kekey to meet her father, I will definitely make a way," she said.

Dream - The Supreme Court (MA) rejected the cassation appeal submitted by actor Rezky Aditya regarding the controversy over the biological father of Naira Kaemita Sasmita, also known as Kekey.

With the rejection of the cassation, Rezky is considered the legal father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's daughter.

Wenny, the woman who sued Rezky to acknowledge Kekey as his biological daughter, is grateful that the cassation appeal filed by the 38-year-old actor was rejected.

"Alhamdulillah, Rezky's cassation lawsuit was rejected by the Supreme Court. That means, me and Kekey's recognition was granted by the panel, thank God for that. Rezky has to take a DNA test," said Wenny Ariani quoted by Dream from YouTube Cumicumi, Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

Wenny also thanked the Supreme Court for officially recognizing Rezky as Kekey's biological father.

"I personally, as Kekey's mother, thank the Supreme Court for this verdict," she said.

It is known that Rezky and Citra Kirana's marriage was hit by unpleasant news because Wenny Ariani is still waiting for Rezky Aditya's intention to undergo a DNA test. Two years after the decision of the Banten High Court, Wenny revealed that she has not seen any willingness from Citra Kirana's husband to undergo the process.

As far as Wenny knows, when the Banten High Court decided that Kekey is Rezky's biological child, she heard a request from Rezky to undergo a DNA test.

"We are waiting and there has been no DNA test until now," said Wenny in South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

However, according to Wenny, the only way to resolve the conflict regarding her child's status is through the DNA test.

"The only solution to this case is DNA. But there has never been a good response from Rezky or his legal counsel," she added.

Wenny also denied the statement from Rezky Aditya's legal counsel accusing her of refusing to undergo a DNA test. Since this case started, Wenny emphasized that a DNA test is one of the demands she wants to pursue.

"Yes, Ms. Wenny said she didn't want a DNA test, friends know, from the beginning I demanded a DNA test," she said.

Previously, social media was buzzing with information stating that Rezky Aditya is not Kekey's biological father, the daughter of Wenny Ariani. This contradicts the decision of the Banten High Court stating that Citra Kirana's husband is Kekey's biological father.

Wenny stated that the decision from the court is final. Meanwhile, the information circulating on gossip accounts recently is a hoax.

"Many people have been asking about this news. This news is a hoax," wrote Wenny Ariani on Instagram Story.

"The decision from the Banten High Court is the final decision stating that RA is Kekey's biological father," she continued.

Wenny is still waiting for cassation from Rezky Aditya's side, because the artist born on February 26, 1985 objected to the court's decision.

"So we are still waiting to see if RA will file a cassation or if the Banten High Court's decision will become a final decision," she said.

Wenny asks gossip accounts not to upload hoax news about her daughter and Rezky Aditya.
