Dream - Sarwendah denies having filed a civil lawsuit against her husband, Ruben Onsu. Instead, the mother of three children requested the media to directly confirm with the South Jakarta District Court, which issued a statement stating that her husband was sued by a woman.
"There is none, I have no lawsuit whatsoever (to the South Jakarta District Court). There is no lawsuit from me, so if someone says there is, please ask them (the Court). I am a layperson and do not understand about it," said Sarwendah as quoted by Dream from YouTube Mantra Room, Friday 3 May 2024."
"Sarwendah Surprised and Sad"
Former Cherrybelle personnel admitted to being sad about the false news about herself and her family. "I was really shocked and sad because I was repeatedly and continuously slandered like that," said Sarwendah.
Regardless of that, Sarwendah asks to report false news about herself. Not without reason, Sarwendah doesn't want her young children to read negative news about herself and her family because they can already read.
"Please also help me, as I am a mother, so it's pity if my children cannot read. So they can already read the news that exists. I work from morning until night for them, I always try to be there for them. I cannot monitor my children 24 hours, so please don't add to the news that makes me more worried."

"From the information I received, there is indeed a civil lawsuit filed under the name Ruben Samuel as the defendant. The one who filed the lawsuit is a woman. So, after I checked in the civil litigation SIPP (Judicial Information System), it has not yet been entered into the system. Perhaps it has been registered through e-court, but the registration has not been inputted into the case system."
