Singing While Crying, Ayu Ting Ting Remembers Bitter Past Marriage

Dream - Video of Ayu Ting Ting crying while singing the song Bunga Pengantin by Rita Sugiarto went viral some time ago. Ayu couldn't hold back her tears because the story in the lyrics of the song she sang was similar to the feelings she was experiencing at that time.

"The lyrics are good there, I have experienced it in that position, so I was carried away by emotions. The intense emotions made her unable to control her tears," said Ayu Ting Ting on the Pagi Pagi Ambyar program.

The singer of 'Alamat Palsu' explained that the lyrics of the song tell the story of someone who just got married but was divorced by her husband. These lyrics made her cry when she sang them.

"Her husband didn't believe her," she said.

Apparently, the lyrics of this song are exactly the same as the experience that happened to Ayu Ting Ting at that time. The single mother who was married to Enji Baskoro in 2013 could only maintain her marriage for 20 days.

"Because I have experienced that period," said Ayu.

On the other hand, the 30-year-old artist is grateful to have overcome the bitter experience of her marriage and to have raised her daughter on her own.

"I see myself now, I am grateful. Because of Bilqis, I was able to get through it all. I am grateful to have a family that is there for me 24 hours, supporting me, praying for me," said Ayu Ting Ting while crying.

Ayu Ting Ting also doesn't care about the criticisms she receives, as long as there are still many people around her who love her.

"Even though many people out there judge and look down on me, I don't care," Ayu said.

Previously, Ayu Ting Ting was not only known as a dangdut singer. Currently, the singer of the song 'Alamat Palsu' often plays the role of a comedian because she often fills comedy shows.

Because of her total commitment to playing comedy shows, Ayu Ting Ting doesn't mind being made up with strange makeup and outfits that sometimes make people shake their heads.

Ayu even said that her daughter, Bilqis, doesn't want to be hugged while sleeping because of her appearances on television.

"This really happened, I wanted to sleep with my child at night, but she didn't want to be hugged," Ayu Ting Ting said in a video uploaded by the Instagram account @rumpi_gosip.

Ayu was curious and asked Bilqis why she didn't want to be hugged.

"Iqis is embarrassed when she sees mommy behind the scenes," Ayu said, imitating her daughter.

The singer of the song 'Alamat Palsu' explained to her daughter that the role she plays is only part of her job.

"It happened, it really happened. I even said, 'Darling, mommy is just acting, in reality mommy is beautiful,'" Ayu Ting Ting said.

Until finally, Bilqis understood her mother's position, that she is only working to earn money for her.

Ayu Ting Ting's appearance once again caught the public's attention. In her Instagram post, Ayu dressed up like a Korean woman with natural makeup and long wig hair.

In the photo, the singer born on June 20, 1992, wore a gold dress, combined with accessories such as a necklace, earrings, and rings.

Ayu's appearance as the singer of 'Alamat Plasu' once again managed to attract the attention of netizens. However, this photo made netizens focus on the wrong thing.

Many netizens commented that Ayu Ting Ting's face resembled Lucinta Luna, because of her hairstyle and similar makeup style.

In a video clip shared by the account @lambegosiip, Ayu was seen reading Korean writing fluently. Ayu also proved her ability to write in the Korean language.

It turns out that Ayu Ting Ting acquired her language skills from a Korean language class she once took. At the beginning of the class, Ayu admitted that she couldn't read or write Hangeul at all.

"Alhamdulillah, I can now write and read (Hangeul). At first, I couldn't even write Hangeul. But because of learning, now I'm getting better," said Ayu Ting Ting.

"At least I can read a little. But I don't know the meaning of everything yet," she added.
