Recently, Inara shared a story of her struggle in transitioning from wearing 'cute pants' to eventually wearing a veil. In the post, Inara included screenshots of comments from netizens who criticized her. "Masha Allah, in the morning I receive even more blessings from Allah (slide 9) 😊 From everywhere, wearing 'cute pants', performing with my sisters, it's not complete if I don't wear 'cute pants' 😊, until finally deciding to wear the hijab and having to choose to give up the entertainment career that I have built since I was 9 years old (back then in elementary school)," wrote the caption of the post by @mommy_starla, quoted on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Inara even took a break from social media for two years and stopped following opposite-sex social media accounts. However, Inara admits to being happy with her choice. "And I have to temporarily leave the social media world for 2 years and unfollow all my male friends because I am worried that my faith and knowledge are not strong enough to face the social media environment where the life I choose is very different from my friends at that time," she said.

"\u201cHowever, I am happy with the path I have chosen, I am happy to grow with my small family, tutoring my children, witnessing their growth and development, taking care of and reminding my small family of the presence of Allah, of all the blessings from Allah,\u201d he said."

Until finally, the former wife of the lead vocalist of the band Last Child decided to wear a veil. However, it turns out that Inara's marriage fell apart halfway. So she had to struggle alone to meet many of her needs, even though her child is still supported by her ex-husband. "I finally decided to wear a veil because I feel more prepared to convey the message of this religion with a covered face in order to avoid slander," she said.

"Go through everything alone, face separations, face legal issues, leave the children and can't be with them 24/7 like before because I have to work to pay the lawyer, fulfill my personal needs and the children's needs outside of their monthly allowance which thankfully is provided by their father, thank you very much and establish relationships to develop business even though there are many other options to get 'easy money'."
