Tasyi Athasyia Reported by Former Employee for Alleged Threats of Violence

Dream - The conflict between influencer Tasyi Athasyia and her former employees has taken a long and complicated turn. This time, the culinary influencer was reported to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police by a former employee named Putri for alleged threats of violence.

Putri's lawyer, Marloncius Sihaloho, stated that his client received threats of violence. Putri was known to be part of Tasyi's team.

"Alhamdulillah, our report has been accepted, it is alleged under Article 355 (about) threats of violence," said Marlon Sihaloho as quoted by Dream from the YouTube channel MOP Channel, Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Marlon mentioned that Putri experienced pressure from someone allegedly instructed by Tasyi. This person was even reported to have visited the former employee's house in the middle of the night.

"So, she felt disturbed because her house was visited several times, even in the middle of the night," said Marlon.

According to Marlon, Putri was asked to sign a statement letter made by Tasyi's party. However, the request was rejected because Putri claimed to be under pressure.

"The point is that they forced this former team to sign a statement letter for former employees. But, this former team didn't want to sign it because they were under pressure," said Marlon.

Marlon admitted that his client's problem with Tasyi started when several former employees did not receive their unpaid wages. This issue became a concern because several employees shared the problem on social media. 

"So these employees did not receive their rights, which were not paid according to what was agreed upon at the beginning," said Marlon.

Before Tasyi, accompanied by her husband Syech Zaki, apologized through a video uploaded on social media. Tasyi apologized for the news accusing her of mistreating her employees.

"We want to apologize on behalf of me and my husband for our mistakes that may have caused harm to others or for our wrong way of resolving our problems, we apologize. Whether it's the mistakes we know or the ones we don't know," said Tasyi Athasyia.

The 31-year-old influencer also expressed her gratitude to everyone who reminded her.

"My husband and I would like to thank everyone, whether they are close people or netizens, or all of you who enthusiastically remind us to become better individuals. Thank you very much," she said.

In addition, Tasyi provides access for people to directly convey their complaints to her by including a telephone number.

"This time, I am opening my phone number here so that those who may still have pending issues that are unknown to us can contact that number directly," said Tasyi.

"It is hoped that they will contact that number so that the problem can be resolved amicably," she added.

Tasyi hopes that her apology will be accepted by the public in order to prove that she and her husband can become better individuals in the future.

"Hopefully, the door of forgiveness is wide open for us, and hopefully we are given the opportunity to prove that we can be better people in the future, thank you and sorry," she said.

Dream - The apology made by Tasyi Athasyia and her husband apparently did not satisfy netizens. As evidenced by Tasyi still receiving negative accusations regarding her treatment of employees. 

Through her Instagram account, the 31-year-old culinary influencer denied allegations that she is stingy for giving leftover food to her employees. Tasyi emphasized that these allegations are slander.

According to Tasyi, the way she treats her employees can be better understood by those who have worked with her for years. She also believes that the Creator will one day reveal the truth to answer all the accusations that have been directed at her.

"Please pray that Allah reveals the truth, especially regarding the accusation that I am stingy to my employees. Those who work here have been with me for more than 3 years, some even 7 years. They are all still working with me until now and know how I am," said Tasyi Athasyia as quoted by Dream, Thursday, June 15, 2023.

Tasyi believes that the accusations about her treatment of employees arise because she is not the type of person who often creates content about her employees' activities. The same goes when she gives something to her employees. 

"The unfortunate thing is that when I meet people who have malicious intentions, I become a target of slander. Please pray for me, I hope I can be strong," said Tasyi.

Previously, Tasyi, accompanied by her husband Syech Zaki, apologized to the public for the negative news about her.
