Wenny Ariani Furious Accused of Exploiting Her Daughter to Extort Rezky Aditya

Dream - Which mother's heart wouldn't be angry when the struggle to find clarity is mocked as merely chasing after money? That anger is what Wenny Ariani showed when netizens accused her of pressuring Rezky Aditya to undergo a DNA test on her daughter to make money.

It is known that before the Supreme Court rejected Rezky Aditya's cassation, Wenny had demanded Rp17 billion from Rezky Aditya at the Tangerang District Court as compensation for neglecting her daughter.

"Poor you, dear, being used by your mother to ask for money, and spreading that you are an illegitimate child and your father is too embarrassed to acknowledge you. You are so pitiful," commented a netizen.

Angry at the accusation, Wenny gave a sharp response. She also asked the netizen not to interfere in this matter.

"Just take care of your own family. Want to know? Your mouth is even more forbidden, Ma'am," replied Wenny Ariani.

Meanwhile, in his clarification, Rezky Aditya is willing to undergo a DNA test as long as Wenny contacts his legal counsel first.

"I say if the plaintiff wants to take a DNA test, please contact my legal counsel Ana Sofa Yuking to discuss the technicalities and implementation," said Rezky.

Confirmed as Kekey's Biological Father, Rezky Aditya is Ready to Take a DNA Test

Dream - Rezky Aditya finally appeared in public after being confirmed as Kekey's biological father, the daughter of Wenny Ariani. Accompanied by his wife and legal counsel, Ana Sofa Yuking provided clarification.

According to him, the decision is irrelevant because it shows irregularities in the process of his client. Moreover, there is no evidence that Rezky is Kekey's biological father.

"Please let the public judge this decision as a clear fact and a process of irregularities in the legal process and truly according to our client's sense of justice," said Ana Sofa Yuking quoted by Dream, from  YouTube Ana Sofa Yuking, Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

"We feel that such a decision is very dangerous if it becomes a reference for law enforcement in Indonesia," she added.

Furthermore, Ana Sofa mentioned the DNA test as accurate evidence that has never been conducted by the plaintiff's side. However, according to Ana, Rezky's side has never refused and is always ready to take a DNA test.

"Regarding our client Rezky Aditya, he has never refused to take a DNA test. In fact, our client Rezky Aditya openly and firmly stated in his statement on May 27, 2022, that he offered to take a DNA test," said Ana Sofa. 

"Since then until today, the plaintiff has never contacted us or our client for a DNA test," added Ana Sofa. 

Rezky emphasized that since May 27, 2022, he has never refused to take a DNA test for the sake of certainty and legal certainty regarding Wenny's child. 

He also respects the cassation decision which states that he is Kekey's legal father.

"In this opportunity, I respect the recent cassation decision. And I reiterate that I have never refused to take a DNA test. As I have previously stated on May 27, 2022, speaking openly and firmly, expressing my willingness to take a DNA test for the sake of doubt and legal certainty," he said.

In addition, this 38-year-old man asked Wenny to contact his legal counsel if she wants to take a DNA test.

"Once again, I say if the plaintiff wants to take a DNA test, please contact my legal counsel Ana Sofa Yuking to discuss the technicalities and implementation," said Rezky.

Meanwhile, Citra Kirana said she couldn't deny that this issue feels heavy. However, she remains patient and strong, and fully supports her husband in taking a DNA test.

"I have been trying to be patient and strong in facing this issue even though it feels heavy for me. And from this Supreme Court decision, insha Allah, nothing will change for my family. There is nothing else I need to worry about. In fact, I will support my husband in taking a DNA test to eliminate doubts," said Citra Kirana.

This Tukang Bubur Naik Haji actress emphasized that nothing has changed with her small family. She also asked for prayers for her marriage with Rezky to remain harmonious and strong.
