Dream - Tengku Dewi Putri is determined with her decision to end her household with the actor, Andrew Andika. The woman, who is currently pregnant with their second child, filed for divorce at the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor on Thursday, June 6, 2024 through the e-court service.
The legal counsel of Tengku Dewi, Minola Sebayang, revealed that they have fulfilled the necessary requirements to register the divorce lawsuit of their client, Tengku Dewi Putri, against Andrew Andika.
"The registration was done around 14.36, we have registered it and it has been confirmed by the Supreme Court of Indonesia. We have a WA (WhatsApp) conversation regarding the information of online registration with the registration date of June 6, 2024, and the register number PACBN 06062024 WIL."

With the acceptance of the divorce lawsuit document, Minola said that her team is currently waiting for the trial schedule and case number for the divorce of Tengku Dewi Putri and Andrew Andhika.
"So maybe one or two days the case number will be released, just waiting for that. But formally, Tengku Dewi's divorce lawsuit against Andrew Andika has been registered by us today, on June 6, 2024, at 14:36 to PA Cibinong."

Regarding the content of the lawsuit, Tengku Dewi only filed a request for divorce and custody of their child. Meanwhile, the issue of joint property was not included because they already have a prenuptial agreement. \
Minola added that Tengku Dewi's reason for filing for divorce is due to the presence of adultery and infidelity within their household with Andrew Andika.
"So the reason is as stated in letter A, which can be interpreted as a violation that does not maintain the sanctity of the household is the same as adultery. So that is our reason, of course with some other legal aspects,"
