Unsold House, Rohimah Former Wife of Kiwil Asks for Sympathy: Please Help Widow

Dream - Since being put on the market last year, the house occupied by Kiwil's ex-wife, Rohimah, has not been sold. Until now, Rohimah is still trying to sell the house.

"Many people still see the condition of the house, negotiate the price. (But) it hasn't matched the price yet, because the price hasn't been right, so I haven't let it go," said Rohimah in Jakarta recently.

According to Rohimah, the house has not been sold because so far no one has offered the desired price. She opened the price at Rp1.5 billion, but there is only someone who dared to offer Rp700 million.

"Because one building is not yet 100% complete, it's only 75% complete, so I admit that. But everything is only 25% left, so what's wrong with that price?" she continued.

Rohimah hopes that someone will have pity on her and her children and buy her house at the desired price.

"Please help a widow, help me continue my life with my children," she said.

Her plan is that if the house is sold, Rohimah wants to start a business and meet her family's needs.

"I have to sell the house because I need capital for my business. That's why I'm selling the house," she said.

Dream - Rohimah's condition after divorcing Kiwil is increasingly concerning. Her intention to sell the house has not been realized, and her health condition is deteriorating.

"I feel sorry for mom (Rohimah). Her condition is very concerning. The house hasn't been sold yet, and she had to stop her business because her leg hasn't healed. It broke again when she went to Turkey and had to have surgery again," said Eva Belisima, Rohimah's friend, quoted from Kapanlagi.com.

Seeing Rohimah, Eva Belisima tries her best to help her financially. She admitted to providing small businesses to Rohimah and inviting her eldest child to work in a mine.

"But being a single mother is not easy," she said.

Not only that, Belisima also often reminds Kiwil to pay for their children's school fees and pocket money. She asks Kiwil to set aside income for their children as a form of responsibility. 

"He just says yes, darling. Well, it's just a joke. Yes, maybe Kiwil's job is not enough, that's why it's stuck," said Belisima.

It is known that after divorcing Kiwil, Rohimah's financial situation has worsened. She even had to delay paying her children's school fees.

So, the only way to cover all the arrears is to sell her house. "It has to be sold, I really need the money," said Rohimah, quoted from Indosiar's YouTube channel, Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

According to her, the house is priced at more than Rp1 billion. However, because she needs money, she opened the price below market value. "I'm asking for Rp800 million, it's negotiable," Rohimah added.

In addition to paying off the children's school fees, the money is also planned to be used to pay for her leg surgery. "The house is sold to cover the cost of the surgery and to pay off the children's debts," she said again.

According to Rohimah, since the divorce, Kiwil has neglected his responsibility and has been indifferent to their children. She asked her ex-husband to do something if he really couldn't afford to pay for their children's school fees. 

"If you can't pay (the school fees), talk to the foundation, don't just stay silent in Bandung. Brother wants peace, I also want peace," she said emotionally.

Rohimah added that the decision to sell the house was made after receiving advice from Kiwil. Because now Kiwil can no longer support their children.

"I was also shocked by the response of the children's father, I thought the solution would be different, but he said to sell the house," she added.

Previously, Rohimah rented the house she had been living in. She had to take this step to cover the cost of her leg surgery. 

The house that Rohimah planned to rent is located in Cidokom, Parung, West Java, with an annual lease method.

"I'm renting out my house on SD Melati Street, Cidokom Parung. One year is Rp 20 million, and if you rent it for two years, it's Rp 38 million," wrote Rohimah on her Instagram Story.

In addition to the house, Rohimah will also not bring any belongings from her residence. She hopes to find a serious tenant who is willing to rent her house.

"Please contact me if you are interested, because I will also try to manage the cost of my leg surgery as soon as possible, may Allah bless it," she added.

It is known that some time ago Rohimah complained of pain in her leg, which turned out to be caused by a broken bone.

"It turns out that the 4D X-ray results show that there are several broken screws inside causing the nerves and flesh to be affected, resulting in indescribable pain for me," she explained.

Rohimah Alli, the former wife of comedian Kiwil, shared bad news about the condition of her leg through a post on her Instagram account.

In the uploaded photos, there is evidence of a 4D X-ray of her leg condition. According to Rohimah, she feels extreme pain in her leg every time she walks. This has been the case since she lived in Turkey with her second ex-husband, Zeki Bayrak Iskander. 

"MaasyaaAllah. No wonder, as long as I was still in Istanbul and until now, my leg feels extremely painful when walking for long distances," said Rohimah, quoted from Dream, Sunday, August 7, 2022.

Rohimah explained that the 4D X-ray photo she posted shows several broken screws in her leg. As a result, the screws injured her nerves and flesh, causing her extreme pain.  

"It turns out that the 4D X-ray results show that there are several broken screws inside causing the nerves and flesh to be affected, resulting in indescribable pain for me," she said.

Rohimah revealed that the next step for her leg condition is to undergo a surgery to remove the screws. 

"O Allah, O Lord, I must accept Your trials with patience, sincerity, strength, and enthusiasm. Hopefully, I am currently taking care of the BPJS (social insurance) so that only my name will be paid. Allah will make it easier for me to undergo the surgery to remove the screws," she said.

According to her, this trial or ordeal that has befallen her does not mean that Allah does not care for her, but rather the Creator is jealous because she has been neglectful of Him.

"Here I realize that Allah is Very Jealous. O Allah, O Lord, make all my affairs easy for me before and after the surgery. Take care of my children while I go through all of this with patience and solitude," she prayed.
