Dream - Surah Al-Mulk is the 67th surah in the Quran, consisting of 30 verses. Al-Mulk has become one of the surahs that is widely practiced by Muslims, and many have even memorized it. This is because Surah Al-Mulk has virtues when recited frequently, especially before bed. It is important to know that Surah Al-Mulk explains about Allah SWT who rules over the heavens and the earth, along with all the secrets within them. So, when we sleep at night, by reciting Surah Al-Mulk, it is hoped that we will always be under the protection of Allah SWT.

Reading Surah Al-Mulk before going to sleep can protect Dream's friend from the severe torment of the grave. As the Prophet Muhammad said: "Surah Al-Mulk is a surah that consists of thirty verses and it saves those who recite it from the torment of the grave." (Narrated by An-Nasa'i) Additionally, it is also narrated that there was a companion of the Prophet who set up a tent near a grave without realizing that it was a burial site.

He also realized that the place was a grave and heard someone reading Surah Al-Mulk until the end. He then went to the Prophet Muhammad and asked, "O Messenger of Allah, I have set up my tent near a grave, without realizing that it was a grave. Suddenly, I heard someone from inside reading Surah Al-Mulk until the end." The Prophet replied, "That is a protective and saving Surah that saves its reader from the torment of the grave."

Other benefits of reading Surah Al-Mulk are to become a helper on the Day of Judgment. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said, "Indeed, there is a surah in the Book of Allah which contains thirty verses that will intercede for a person on the Day of Judgment, bringing them out of Hellfire and admitting them into Paradise. It is the Surah 'Tabarak'." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi)

"Who does not want to enter paradise? Every Muslim certainly desires it. One way is by reciting Surah Al-Mulk before going to sleep. As the Prophet Muhammad said: 'There is a surah that defends its reciter until it admits him into paradise, which is Tabarakal Lazi Biyadihil Mulku.'"

"Every human being surely has sins. Both small sins and big sins. However, as long as we are still alive in this world, strive to always seek forgiveness from Allah SWT and perform deeds that can help erase our sins. One of them is by reading Surah Al-Mulk before sleeping. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "

"There is a letter from the Qur'an consisting of 30 verses, the letter can provide intercession for its 'friend' (meaning the person who reads it frequently) so that the person's sins are forgiven, that is: Surah Tabarakallazi bi yadihil mulk." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi)

The last benefit of reading Surah Al-Mulk before sleeping is that one can receive 70 rewards. As explained in the hadith narrated by Imam Turmudzi, he said from Jabir ra that the Prophet saw never slept before reciting "Alif La Mim Tanzil" and "Tabarakal Lazi Biyadihil Mulku". Then, Abu Laits As Samarqandhi narrated from Tawus that these two surahs surpass all the surahs in the Quran with 70 rewards.
