"Allahumma La sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahla, wa Anta taj'alul hazna iza syi'ta sahla." Translation: "O Allah, there is no ease except in what You make easy, and You make the difficult easy if You will." (Narrated by Ibn Hibban)
There is no god but You (O Allah)! Glorified are You, indeed I have been of the wrongdoers. Meaning: "There is no god but You (O Allah)! Glorified are You, indeed I have been of the wrongdoers." (QS Al-Anbiya Ayat 87)
"In Islam, there are many ways to calm the heart. Here are some of them:"
Prayer: Prayer is a direct connection between a servant and Allah. Performing prayer regularly can provide tranquility and spiritual strength. Reading the Qur'an: Reading and contemplating the verses of the Qur'an can provide tranquility and strength for a restless heart. Remembrance of Allah (dhikr): Remembering Allah (dhikr) is a recommended way to calm the heart. Repeating phrases of tasbih, tahmid, takbir, and tahlil can help calm the mind and distance oneself from anxiety.
Tawakal: Entrusting everything to Allah and letting go of excessive burdens of the mind is the key to calming the heart. Tawakkal is an attitude of surrender and submission to the will of Allah.
Bersedekah: Giving to those in need can cleanse the heart and bring happiness and peace.
Berdoa: Speaking to Allah in prayer can provide a sense of comfort and reduce anxiety.
Menghindari dosa: Avoiding sinful actions and staying away from things that can harm oneself and others can help maintain a calm and peaceful heart.
Meditation: Islam has a form of meditation known as "Tafakkur" or contemplation. This is the process of reflecting on Allah's creation and contemplating the meaning of life and the purpose of existence. Building good relationships with others: Establishing good relationships with family, friends, and society in general can provide important social support for emotional well-being. By practicing the above practices, a Muslim can calm their heart and find peace in their life.
