There are three photos that show in detail the Black Stone. The images were taken using a new technique that utilizes panoramic focus.

"This Hajar Aswad photo is sized up to 49,000 megapixels. It took seven hours to capture it, and over 50 hours to process it.""

The photo shoot process took 1,050 photos, each with a size of 160 gigabytes. Next, a technique called focus stacking was used to combine several photos with different focus points to maintain sharpness in the final result. "This is important because something like this has never happened before. This is the first time there is a digitally enlarged photo of a stone and people can see the stone up close and personally," said Afifi Al-Akiti, a researcher of Islamic studies at Oxford University.

The first photo shows the form of the Black Stone protected by a silver circle as we have often seen all this time. Then the second photo provides more detail by displaying the overall shape of the stone. Then the third photo shows the presence of a black stone in the Black Stone.

"People can see that it turns out this stone is not black. Although this stone has never been photographed like this before, I think the Muslim community is so humble and knowledge can play an important role in religion," said Afifi. (x)"
