Dream - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) directly inspects the construction of the Presidential Office in the Nusantara Capital (IKN), East Kalimantan, on Friday, March 1, 2024. He checks the infrastructure development, which has now reached a progress of 74 percent.

Director General of Cipta Karya Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Diana Kusumastuti, revealed that the construction of the main building structure has been completed. Now, the construction process is focusing on the installation of steel and the wings of Garuda, which are important parts of the construction.

She hopes that the Presidential Office at IKN can be completed and functional by June 2024 to be used in the 79th Independence Day Commemoration Ceremony.

Although facing several obstacles, especially related to logistics and the installation of steel and blades, Diana is optimistic that the construction will be completed on time.
