Dream - The arrival of the holy month of Ramadan should be greeted with great joy and gratitude. Because it is in this month that the blessings of Allah SWT are abundantly bestowed. Muslims should make good use of the arrival of the month of Ramadan. Namely, by increasing righteous deeds. Although Ramadan has not yet been experienced, welcoming it with a good attitude shows a part of the ummah of the Prophet Muhammad saw.

Rasulullah saw himself set an example of how to welcome the month of Ramadan with joy and sincerity. Here are six ways Rasulullah welcomed Ramadan that we can practice. First, Rasulullah saw always prepared himself physically and mentally to welcome the month of Ramadan. He would increase his worship and pray to be given strength and blessings in fasting and worship during the month of Ramadan.

Secondly, the Prophet Muhammad also welcomed Ramadan with joy and enthusiasm. He would inspire his followers to celebrate the arrival of the month of Ramadan by doing good deeds and righteous acts. Thirdly, the Prophet Muhammad always increased his worship and righteous acts during the month of Ramadan. He taught his followers to increase their prayers, recitation of the Quran, charity, and other acts of worship as a way to obtain blessings in the month of Ramadan.

Fourthly, the Prophet Muhammad also always encouraged his followers to increase their charity and share their blessings with others during the month of Ramadan. He taught the importance of sharing blessings with those in need as one of the recommended forms of worship in Ramadan. Fifthly, the Prophet Muhammad also taught his followers to increase their prayers and seek forgiveness during the month of Ramadan.

He reminded that Ramadan is the month where prayers are answered, so Muslims should take advantage of this opportunity by increasing their prayers and seeking forgiveness. Sixth, the Prophet also encouraged his followers to maintain cleanliness and health during the month of Ramadan. He taught how important it is to take care of the body and health while fasting so that the act of fasting can be carried out smoothly and with devotion.

By practicing the six ways Prophet Muhammad welcomed Ramadan, we as Muslims can obtain blessings and forgiveness from Allah SWT in the month of Ramadan. Let us live the month of Ramadan with sincerity and joy, and increase our worship and righteous deeds as a form of appreciation for the presence of this blessed month of Ramadan.

Therefore, as the holy month approaches, it is our duty to prepare ourselves with deeds that can bring us closer to Allah SWT. One example that can be taken as an example is the deeds that were taught by Prophet Muhammad saw. One recommended deed is to increase the practice of voluntary prayers. Prophet Muhammad saw himself was very diligent in performing voluntary prayers before and after obligatory prayers.

In addition, it is also recommended to increase charity, because the Prophet Muhammad is known as a very generous person and likes to help others. Another practice is to increase reading the Qur'an and remembrance of Allah, because by increasing these acts of worship, we can get closer to Allah. Not to be forgotten, the Prophet Muhammad also taught to increase praying, both for oneself and for others. Because through prayer, we ask for help and blessings from Allah.

Besides that, approaching Ramadan, we should also increase our devotion to our parents, because the blessings of Ramadan can also be obtained by being kind to our parents. The Prophet Muhammad himself paid great attention to his parents and taught his followers to be devoted to their parents. Approaching Ramadan, we should also do more good deeds to others, because the Prophet Muhammad once taught that doing good to others can bring blessings.

"Allahumma sallimnii li Ramadhana, wa sallim Ramadhana lii, wa sallimhu minnii. Artinya: "O Allah, protect me (from illness and other obstacles) for the sake of the month of Ramadan, protect Ramadan (the sighting of the new moon) for me, and protect me (from committing sins) in the month of Ramadan."

Allahu Akbar, O Allah make the crescent moon appear to us with bringing peace and faith, safety and Islam, and bring guidance that leads us to what You love and are pleased with. Our Lord and your Lord (O moon), is Allah (HR.Ahmad).
