Dream - A luxurious sports car or supercar involved in an accident on Wolter Monginsidi Street, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta (Jaksel) went viral on social media. The incident occurred on Thursday, July 4, 2024, around 01:10 AM WIB.

Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi, explained the chronology of the accident involving the luxury car. Initially, the Ferrari vehicle driven by MSI was heading from east to west on Wolter Monginsidi Street. The driver is suspected of being careless and not focused, resulting in a traffic accident.
"The Ferrari vehicle collided with a Mercedes vehicle driven by S. The vehicles were also traveling in the same direction from east to west," said Ade as quoted from liputan6.com, Thursday, July 4, 2024."
"No casualties"
Ade Ary said, there were no casualties in the incident. However, both vehicles involved suffered damage. "Both vehicles suffered damage," he said.
Regarding this incident, the South Jakarta Traffic Police have conducted a crime scene investigation. However, they agreed to resolve this issue in a family manner. According to Ade, the police are ready to facilitate a discussion.
"There has been an agreement to resolve it through deliberation, later on it will be finalized with a meeting and a deliberation letter," he expressed. "Later, in a few moments this afternoon, it will be finished by creating a statement letter," he said.
"Previously, a video circulated on social media showing a black sports car looking damaged at the front. It was mentioned that the car was involved in an accident with another car on Jalan Wolter Monginsidi, South Jakarta, in the early hours of Thursday."
The video is one of them uploaded by the Instagram account @merekamjakarta. The upload has become the spotlight of netizens and has received various responses in the comment section.
