Upon arriving at the location, thousands of residents stood in a row along the roadside to welcome Ganjar's arrival. The rain pouring down did not dampen the spirits of the residents who were eager to witness Ganjar.

The term 'Satrio Gunung Lawu' is given because Ganjar was born on the slopes of Mount Lawu, precisely in Karanganyar, Central Java. 

Sardi (63) became one of the thousands of residents who were lucky to have their house visited by the former Governor of Central Java. Sardi admitted that he did not expect Ganjar to be willing to stay at his modest house.

Upon arriving at Sardi's house, Ganjar sat cross-legged on a mat and chatted with the locals. While eating durian and drinking tea, Ganjar listened to all the villagers' complaints about scarce fertilizer, expensive education, healthcare, assistance for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and others.

Ganjar also had a conversation with the residents until late at night and conveyed a number of work programs. Starting from Sakti ID Card, Free Vocational School with Direct Employment for the poor community, one poor resident one scholar, creative hub, and many other innovative programs.

Ganjar slept in a simple room, the presidential candidate supported by PDIP appeared lying on a purple Palembang mattress while being massaged by residents while resting.
