In the Instagram post by the account @abouthetic, a man named Rian held a party with an entertainment stage and a party tent, similar to a wedding reception.
Even Rian made invitation cards for the guests. The invitation was distributed through a post on his Instagram account. This divorce celebration will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in Kediri Village, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung.
"DIVORCE CELEBRATION. We, the happy ones, the extended family of Mr. Mujio and Mrs. Kusmini," Rian wrote in the invitation."
The divorce celebration event lasted for eight hours. Starting from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. In the invitation, there are also several rules written, one of them is that Rian does not want his guests to give envelopes like in a wedding event. "Rules, no envelopes. No dress code. Private Event, Invited Only," he wrote.
It turns out that many invited guests attended the event. However, the difference is that the guests did not give congratulations on starting a new life because of marriage, but congratulations on their divorce. Interestingly, there were flower arrangements with congratulations on divorce displayed at the event venue.
"Happy Divorce kak Rian. You are strong because you have passed through the fire," wrote one of the guests in the flower arrangement. "My heart is burning. I'm sorry for your loss. However, congratulations and be happy.""
Rian also appeared to smile throughout the event. He also expressed gratitude for the presence and well wishes of the guests. It is not known for certain why Rian was so eager to celebrate his divorce. However, this event successfully captured the attention of netizens.
