In the video, a teacher can be seen cutting the hair of several hijab-wearing female students using small scissors. The teacher approached two students who were sitting at their desks and cut their hair that was tied in their hijabs.

Allegedly, the teacher cut the hair of his female student because it was considered too long even though they wore a hijab to school. The amount of hair cut by the teacher was quite significant.

While some male students seemed to surround the female student while carrying green combs as a place for the hair cut by the teacher. Some other male students also appeared to laugh at the teacher's haircutting action.
