As known, Anwar Usman is the brother-in-law of President Jokowi, or the uncle of Gibran and Kaesang. Despite being the brother-in-law of the president, Anwar Usman did not relinquish his position as the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court. Furthermore, according to Erick, he should understand the Law on Judicial Power which does not allow the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court to also serve as the Chief Justice of the Court.
