Until now, the event of the spiritual journey of Prophet Muhammad SAW is commemorated as Isra Miraj and celebrated every 27th of Rajab in the Hijri calendar. To fill this historic moment, some Muslims hold events such as religious lectures, competitions, and collective prayers. Now, the purpose of every event held is to remember the great event experienced by Prophet Muhammad SAW in his spiritual journey to meet Allah SWT.

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِاَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ. حَمْدًا يُوَافِيْ نِعَمَهُ وَيُكَافِئُ مَزِيْدَهُ. يَا رَبَنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ كَمَا يَنْبَغِيْ لِجَلاَلِ وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ وَعَظِيْمِ سُلْطَانِكَاَللهم صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَاةً تُنْجِيْنَا بِهَا مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْأَهْوَالِ وَالْآفَاتِ، وَتَقْضِيْنَا بِهَا جَمِيْعَ الْحَاجَاتِ، وَتُطَهِّرُنَا بِهَا مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْسَّيِّئَاتِ، وَتَرْفَعُنَا بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَعْلَى الدَّرَجَاتِ، وَتُبَلِّغُنَا بِهَا أَقْصَى الْغَايٞاتِ مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْخَيْرَاتِ فِيْ الْحَيَاةِ وَبَعْدَ الْمَمَاتِاَللهُمَّ اِنَّا نَسْئَلُكَ سَلاَمَةً فِي الدِّيْنِ وَعَافِيَةً فِي الْجَسَدِ وَزِيَادَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ وَبَرَكَةً فِي الرِّزْقِ وَتَوْبَةً قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ وَرَحْمَةً عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَمَغْفِرَةً بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ. اَللهُمَّ هَوِّنْ عَلَيْنَا فِيْسَكَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَالْعَفْوَ عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ

Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, praise that is sufficient for His blessings and is enough for His increase. O our Lord, all praise is due to You, as befits the majesty of Your face and the greatness of Your sovereignty. O Allah, bestow blessings upon our master Muhammad, blessings that will save us from all calamities and misfortunes, and fulfill all our needs, and purify us from all sins, and raise us to the highest ranks in Your presence, and grant us by it the ultimate success in all goodness in this life and the hereafter.

Allahumma inna nas-aluka salamatan fiddin wa afiyatan fil-jasadi wa ziyadatan fil-ilmi wa barakatan firrizqi, wa taubatan qablal-maut, wa rahmatan indal-maut, wa maghfiratan ba'dal maut. Allahumma hawwin alaina fi sakaratil maut, wannajatan minannaari, wal afwa 'indal hisab.Rabbana taqobbal minna innaka antas sami'ul 'alim, watub 'alaina innaka antat tawwabur rahim.Rabbana atina fiddunya hasanah wa fil akhirati hasanah wa qina 'adzabannar.Washollallahu 'ala sayyidina muhammad, wa'ala alihi washohbihi wasallam, walhamdulillahi robbil 'alamin. "O Allah, we ask for peace in religion, health in the body, increase in knowledge, and blessings in sustenance. We seek repentance before death, mercy during death, and forgiveness after death. O Allah, make the pangs of death easier for us, protect us from the Hellfire, and grant us forgiveness on the Day of Judgment. Our Lord, accept from us, for You are the All-Hearing, All-Knowing, and forgive us, for You are the Accepter of Repentance, the Most Merciful. Our Lord, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Hellfire. And may Allah's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds."

"O Allah, bestow your mercy upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, through this salutation, You will save us from all frightening circumstances and trials; through this salutation, You will fulfill our desires; through this salutation, You will purify us from all evil; through this salutation, You will elevate us to the highest rank; and through this salutation, You will guide us to the most perfect destination in all goodness, both in life and after death."

"O Allah, You who are the Most Merciful, tonight we gather in this blessed place, inshaAllah, to express our gratitude and praise to You, and to conclude our activities. O Allah, with Your blessings, mercy, and love, may all our activities in this event run smoothly. O Allah, bless all our activities throughout this series of events, and make our activities a form of worship in Your sight."

"O Allah, O Most Merciful, establish Your mercy and love upon us, and make this meeting something that You are pleased with. O Allah, ease all of our affairs, for only You can turn something difficult into something easy. And grant us Your mercy, blessed sustenance, health, and safety for us, for You are the Most Compassionate and Most Merciful. O Allah, we have completed the commemoration of Isra Miraj. Thank you for Your protection so that this event went smoothly."
