Translation: "It means: 'All praise be to Allah who has saved me from the calamity that has befallen you, and has elevated me above most of the people He has created.' Reading this prayer is also beneficial for those who read it, as the content of the prayer is also a request to be protected from sorrowful calamities."

When seeing others affected by a disaster, there are several attitudes that we need to show, namely: 1. Empathy Show empathy and concern to the person who is experiencing the disaster by listening attentively and expressing sympathy.

7. Set aside time to Listen Set aside time to listen to their stories and feelings without judging or trying to provide solutions. 8. Willing to Provide Long-Term Help Remember that the impact of a disaster may last long-term, so be prepared to provide long-term support and assistance if needed.
