Due to the post uploaded on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, many assumed that the youngest son of President Joko Widodo had indeed entered the world of politics.
When confirmed whether Kaesang Pangarep officially joined the party, Deputy Chairman of the PSI Advisory Board, Grace Natalie, only gave a brief answer and asked for prayers. "Please pray for the best for everyone," said Grace Natalie, quoted from Liputan6.com, Thursday, September 21, 2023.
When asked about the news that Kaesang will occupy the position of Ketum, Grace responded briefly and did not explain her certainty. "Hopefully," Grace emphasized.

In the video, a distinctive voice with a strong Solo accent similar to Kaesang Pangarep can be heard, who claims that his name is Mawar.

The post then caused a sensation among the public and received various responses from netizens in the comment section. "Is KP joining the Mawar team?" wrote the account @nug.d.u. "Not Sang Pisang anymore, but Sang Mawar. PSI is indeed unexpected, proof that the slogan stands upright with Jokowi is not just an empty promise. Great 👍," wrote the account @gustimbotensare.
