"Reading Prayer for Headache and Arab Fever"

The following prayer for headache and fever is quoted from a hadith narrated by Imam Tirmidhi from Ibn Abbas. He said that the Prophet Muhammad taught us this prayer for all sickness and from heat (fever): In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. I seek refuge in Allah, the Almighty, from all evil of veins and from all evil of fire.

Prayer for Headache and Fever in Latin Language Bismillahir rahmanir rahim bismillahil kabiril wa a\u2019udzubillahil \u2018adzimi min kulli syarrin \u2018irqin na\u2019arin wa min syarrin harrin naar. Meaning of Prayer for Headache and Fever "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful, in the name of Allah, the Most Great. And I seek refuge in Allah, the Most Exalted, from the evil of all boiling eruptions and from the evil of the heat of the fire of Hell."

Besides reciting prayers when having a headache and fever, a Muslim is also taught practices to help alleviate both illnesses. One of them is the recommendation to recite Surah Al-Fatihah, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas, which are believed to provide immediate healing.

This prayer is based on a hadith narrated by Muslim in his Sahih from the chain of Nafi' bin Jabir.

امْسَحِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ بِيَدِك الشِّفَاآُ لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إلَّا أَنْتَ Imšaĭil ba'sa rabban nāsi bi yadikaš syifāu. Lā kāšifā lahu illa anta.

Translation: "Meaning: 'God of mankind, sweep away this disease. In Your hands lies the cure. No one can lift it except You.'"

"Prayer When Having a Fever"

There are many prayers that can be recited when someone is sick, one of them is the prayer below: أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ As-alullaahal 'azhiim rabbal 'arsyil 'azhiim ay-yasyfiyaka. Meaning: "I ask Allah the Almighty, the Lord of the magnificent Throne, to heal you."

Prayer for Healing from Illness

"Allahumma rabban naasi, adzhibil ba'sa, isyfi antas syaafi. Laa syaafiya illa anta syifaa'an la yughaadiru saqaman." Translation: "O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this illness, cure it, for You are the only Healer. There is no healer except You, a healing that leaves no trace of sickness."
