Dream - Former Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil celebrates the birthday of his late first son, Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, on the banks of the Aare River, Switzerland. Eril, who drowned on May 26, 2022, should have turned 25 on June 25, 2024. Ridwan Kamil and his wife, Atalia Praratya, shared a family photo celebrating Eril's birthday on their Instagram post.

"They were seen kneeling at the edge of the Aare River, where Eril was found dead. Ridwal Kamil was right beside the river flow. Meanwhile, Atalia Praratya and Camilia Azzahra were sitting behind Ridwan, embracing each other. 'For all the struggles in accepting this fate, finally we can reach this point again together. Your younger sibling misses you so much, Ril,' Atalia wrote in her personal Instagram post, Tuesday, June 25, 2024."

"Your little sibling misses you so much, Ril. Letting go will always be a word that is never easy to do," she said. Life goes on whether we like it or not. Atalia prays that one day they will be reunited again."

"However, hope will still exist, as a strength for weary souls," he said. "God willing, someday Allah will bless us to be in the same heaven," Atalia pleaded. "Allah loves you more. Al-Fatihah for Eril. May Allah forgive him, have mercy on him, heal him, and pardon him. My mother's prayers in every breath," she added.

Ridwan Kamil also shared a touching video when visiting the Aare River some time ago. Accompanied by the song "Oceans", he scattered yellow roses. Ridwan also recited Surah Yasin verse 83. "This June 25th, is your birthday dear Eril. Last week, dad sent prayers and Yasin on the riverbank that tightly embraces you. Miss you, dear," wrote Ridwan Kamil.
