Annisa poured out her heartache when she remembered her marriage which only lasted for six months. Annisa's marriage was short not because of divorce, but because her beloved husband left forever.

In her post, Annisa initially showed a picture of her wedding which took place in December 2023. After getting married, she and her husband went on a honeymoon trip to Yogyakarta. "After coming back from Jogja, I gave my husband a wallet as a gift to motivate him to work hard and earn money to plan our future," Annisa reminisced.

"Suddenly Husband Falls Ill"

However, in mid-January 2024, Annisa's husband suddenly fell ill. Her husband was sick for two weeks. "Finally, he was hospitalized for four days to normalize his leukocyte levels," added Annisa, while showing her husband lying weakly in bed. On the fourth day, her husband was finally allowed to go home by the doctor because his fever had started to decrease.

The newlyweds continued their lives as usual. The husband even went on a pilgrimage to Annisa's grandfather's house. However, after returning from the pilgrimage, he experienced fever again. This condition continued until the end of February.

"Nausea, Vomiting, and Fainting"

"Her husband often experiences fever every time he comes home from work. In addition, her husband has started to vomit and feel nauseous, even to the point of fainting. 'Finally, he was taken to the Emergency Room at Hermina Kemayoran, but all beds were full,' said Annisa. In the middle of the night, Annisa's husband was briefly transferred to another hospital, but only until dawn prayer time and was discharged because there were no signs of emergency."

"Back to the Hospital"

The next day, Annisa brought her husband to the outpatient clinic at RS Hermina again. At that time, her husband's condition was already pale. Finally, her husband underwent the second hospitalization at the hospital.

Annisa always accompanies her husband throughout every treatment process and hopes for a miracle for his recovery. Annisa even has to calm him down by embracing him as he cries during blood transfusions.

Equipped with CT Scan and outpatient letter, Annisa's husband was allowed to go home. But not long after, her husband was referred to a larger and more complete hospital. "It's the first time coming here and I really believe that a hospital this big can handle my husband's illness," Annisa said when she arrived at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Annisa's husband was immediately asked to come to the internal medicine clinic and once again undergo outpatient treatment.

"While enduring a treacherous road, Annisa's husband still managed to celebrate Eid and play on the beach despite his body starting to weaken. After undergoing outpatient treatment for two weeks, Annisa's husband finally received an MRI procedure at the hospital."

Surprised, Husband Diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer

For the umpteenth time, Annisa's husband was admitted to the hospital. However, Annisa was shocked to learn the diagnosis results of her husband's illness. How could she not be? After two weeks of hospitalization, the medical records were released and indicated that her husband was suffering from pancreatic cancer. Instantly, the world seemed to crumble upon reading that diagnosis. But Annisa still hopes for her husband's recovery.

"Annisa continues to accompany her husband, who now has to use a wheelchair every time he goes for a check-up at the laboratory. 'Every check-up and back-and-forth to get blood samples for the lab, it turns out that the lab results are consistently low,' Annisa reminisces. Annisa becomes even sadder because her husband has returned to the emergency department due to complaints of pain between his lungs and heart."

The deteriorating condition of her husband made Annisa unable to hold back her tears anymore. "Until now, I never showed that I was sad in front of my husband. He's already using oxygen, and at night, his heart is being monitored," she said.

"However, Annisa continues to hope and think positively that her husband can still survive. But no matter how hard humans try, if it is Allah's will, death will surely come. The doctor declared that Annisa's husband passed away on May 25, 2024, five minutes after the dawn call to prayer."
