Dream - Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) officially registered themselves to the General Election Commission (KPU) on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates from the Coalition for Change rode in a Land Rover jeep towards the KPU building.

The white Land Rover jeep with license plate number (nopol) B 8165 JH was driven by the Treasurer General of the Nasdem Party, Ahmad Sahroni. Meanwhile, Anies and Cak Imin stood on the back seat. Throughout the journey, this pair nicknamed AMIN greeted their supporters from the top of the car.

Accompanying the steps of the AMIN couple to the KPU, supporters and cadres can be seen filling the streets. If seen from the route taken, the entourage of the Anies-Cak Imin couple passed by the house of the General Chairperson of PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri on Teuku Umar Street.

It is known, Teuku Umar street is one of the shortest routes that can be taken by the group to reach the KPU. When passing by Megawati's house, there is a shout from the Anies-Cak Imin convoy. "AMIN President!" shouted from the convoy.

Regarding this matter, the General Secretary (Sekjen) of the Central Executive Board (DPP) of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), Hasto Kristiyanto, admitted that he did not question this matter. However, he emphasized that discipline should be maintained when registering. "It's okay. It's okay, it's allowed, there's no problem. But discipline should be maintained. If registration is at 8 o'clock, it should be at 8 o'clock. That's what is expected," said Hasto quoted from Merdeka.com.

According to him, the Ganjar - Mahfud pair also arrived late because they were waiting for the AMIN pair to finish registering. The team decided to postpone the registration schedule to prevent clashes between the two volunteers. "But it's okay, we gave in and after they finished registering, we registered even though it should have been at 11 o'clock," added Hasto.

Not only Megawati's house, the convoy of the AMIN couple also passed by Prabowo Subianto's Victory House which is not far from the KPU building. According to merdeka.com, Prabowo's victory house is covered with a banner that says 'Democracy Without Dynasty'.

At least there are two writings in one banner that covers the front of Prabowo's Victory House. It is reported that the crowd of AMIN supporters filling the streets comes from various elements. Some are wearing party attributes and even volunteers.
