The barracks located between the mountains display employee rooms occupied by four people, complete with bunk beds.

Although so, the facilities provided in the rooms are quite complete. Each room is equipped with an Air Conditioner (AC), television, and four clothes cabinets. However, the bathroom is not located inside the room but uses a public bathroom. Each floor has around 10 bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, and water heater.

In addition, there are sanitation workers assigned to regularly clean the barracks and bathrooms. Not only that, employees are also provided with laundry facilities to wash their clothes. This service is provided for free, where employees can submit their dirty clothes and the laundry staff will wash them. Some employees also choose to wash their own clothes.

Although strict rules are enforced, the facilities provided for employees at PT Freeport appear to be quite adequate and provide comfort for those who reside there.
