Dream - The pronunciation of the dawn call to prayer is indeed different from the recitation of the other obligatory prayers. This is why studying the rules of the call to prayer and its pronunciation is important for Muslims.
Adzan itself is a call that indicates the start of the obligatory prayer time. Adzan is recited with specific readings that have been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad, including the wording of the dawn adzan which will be discussed in this article.
Before discussing the term of the Fajr adhan further, it is better for us to understand its ruling first. According to Ibn Rushd in his book Bidayatul Mujtahid wa Nihayatul Muqtashid, Imam Malik is of the opinion that the adhan is obligatory to be called in mosques that hold congregational prayers. In another version, Imam Malik also stated that calling the adhan is a highly recommended sunnah. However, Imam Malik also mentioned that the adhan is not recommended for Muslims who pray alone.
"While according to some scholars from the Zhahiri school of thought, the adhan is considered obligatory for every individual. Meanwhile, other scholars state that the adhan is mandatory for congregational prayer. However, according to Imam Shafi'i and Imam Abu Hanifah, the adhan is considered a recommended practice for both congregational and individual prayers. Of course, more emphasis is placed on prayers that will be performed in congregation."
"The muezzin who recites the dawn call to prayer should understand the recitation well. Because the wording of the dawn call to prayer has a distinctive characteristic that distinguishes it from the wording of other prayer calls."
"When the call to Fajr prayer is proclaimed, Muslims must strive to get up from their beds and immediately take ablution to perform the Fajr prayer. This is why in the phrase of the Fajr call to prayer there is a sentence "as-sholatu khairum minannaum" which is called the "at-tatswib" recitation. It means repeating the announcement after the announcement."

In the book Risalatul Mu'awanah wal Mudhaharah wal Muwazarah, it has been explained about the guidance regarding the recitation that is said when responding to the call to prayer. Simply put, this is how to respond to the Fajr call to prayer that needs to be practiced: When hearing the call to prayer, recite the call to prayer as the muadhin recites it. When the muadhin says hayya 'alash-sholah and hayya 'alal falah, respond with the phrase laa haula wala quwwata illa billahi (There is no power or strength except with Allah).
When hearing the muezzin proclaiming "As-sholatu khoirum-minannaum" (Prayer is better than sleep) at the time of the dawn call to prayer, then respond by reciting "Shodaqta wa bararta wa ana 'ala dzalika minasy syahidin" (You speak the truth and your words are good, and I am among those who bear witness to that truth).
