In the video, which lasts more than one minute, it is mentioned that there are hundreds of WNI in Malaysia who are not recorded in the DPT. They accuse the Overseas Election Committee (PPLN) of Malaysia of deliberately not including them in the voter list."

"There are hundreds of thousands of Indonesian citizens in Malaysia who are still not registered. We assess and suspect the intentional factor by the Malaysian PPLN," said one person in the video. The intentional factor of the Malaysian PPLN is also suspected to benefit one of the presidential and vice-presidential pairs, including certain political parties."

In response to this, KPU member, Idham Holik, stated that they are still verifying the authenticity of the video to prevent misinformation. "The KPU invites all members of the community to check their names online to ensure they are included in the permanent voter list for the 2024 elections. "Based on Article 125 of KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2022, it is explained that there are several voters who are not included in the DPT; they fall into the category of special voter lists (DPK). Voters registered in the overseas DPK are voters who are not registered in the DPT and additional voter lists (DPTb), but meet the requirements as voters."

"Overseas DPK on the day of the voting is recorded by the overseas voting organizing group in the attendance list at the overseas polling station (TPS) and reported to the Overseas Election Committee."
