Clean Makeup on the Waterline Without Stinging

1. Use Micellar Water

Remove makeup with micellar water and cotton pads first to remove eyeshadow, base makeup, and other makeup.

Some people compress the eye area with cotton pads and micellar water for a few seconds while gently pressing to make the makeup easier to remove.

2. Clean with Circular Motions

Cleanse the makeup with gentle circular motions using the tip of a cotton pad, especially on the lower eye area to facilitate the removal of makeup.

3. Use Special Cleanser or Baby Oil and Cotton Bud

Clean the waterline area and its surroundings using a cotton bud. Also, use special eye cleanser or baby oil to make the makeup in that area easier to remove.

Gently remove eyeliner on the waterline by wiping with a cotton bud. Also, do small circular motions to ensure the makeup is completely removed. Occasionally, clean any leftover makeup around the waterline with cotton pads, tissues, or soft cloth.

Use 2-3 clean cotton buds each time you remove makeup on the waterline to avoid any leftover makeup and reduce the risk of eye irritation.
