Create Glowing and Long Lasting Makeup Even with Powder

Dream - Using powder can make the face look matte and the makeup last longer. The amount of powder used for creating matte and dewy makeup is different.

Matte makeup requires more powder compared to dewy makeup, but that doesn't mean you can't achieve a glowing look with long-lasting makeup.

You can make your face look glowing by using maximum powder following the makeup tutorial from Makeup Artist (MUA) @almanuraaa below.

1. Using Skincare

Use skincare before makeup. Start with using serum, moisturizer, and lightweight and easily absorbent face oil.

2. Using Color Corrector

Conceal blemishes on the face with color corrector. Use orange or peach color corrector if you have dark grayish blemishes on the face. Choose green color corrector if the blemishes on the face are red like acne scars.

3. Using Foundation Mixed with Face Oil

Mix foundation with face oil for easier application and a more glowing result.

4. Using Concealer

Conceal specific areas of the face with concealer. Also use it on areas you want to highlight such as under the eyes, in the middle of the nose, chin, forehead, and under the eyebrows.

5. Setting Makeup

Blend loose powder all over the face to set the makeup, then spray setting spray.

6. Using Highlighter

Blend powder highlighter on several areas of the face, such as on the cheekbones, on the bridge of the nose, and in the middle of the forehead and chin.

7. Eye Makeup

Do eye makeup by curling the eyelashes, using false eyelashes, applying mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. Don't forget to tidy up your eyebrows with brow pomade, brow mascara, and other products.

8. Using Blush and Lipstick

Complete the makeup with powder blush and precise application of lipstick. Add bronzer and contour if you want a more dimensional face.
