Dream - When dressing up clients, sometimes makeup artists (MUA) have to go to their clients' location. Usually, the makeup location is situated in wedding venues or the clients' homes, as experienced by MUA @sherlysely.makeup.
The makeup artist from Kalimantan had the opportunity to do makeup for Sultan Banjarmasin, Annie, who went viral because her house resembles a classic European-style building. In her Instagram post, Sherly revealed her experience of doing makeup for the 'sultan' family in Annie's house. Initially, Sherly left at half past 2 in the morning to go to Annie's house. At that time, Annie's house was still very dark and only illuminated by lights from the house and the spacious garden. Sherly even got lost in the makeup room because her client's house was so large.
After arriving at the very spacious dressing room, they prepared their makeup tools together with the hair stylist so that their clients could be immediately made up and not waste more time.
Not long after, the makeup process began. Annie sat on one of the chairs in front of a large mirror surrounded by lights. While Annie was getting her makeup done, her child was being taken care of by a hair stylist.
When Annie's makeup is shown, her face looks very fresh with a Barbie look makeup. Her fake eyebrows and eyelashes are thick, her eyes are made up with shimmer eyeshadow, eyeliner, and she wears contact lenses. Meanwhile, her face is contoured sharply, with contrasting pink blush, highlighter, and pink ombre lips. The makeup successfully enhances Annie's facial features.
A little different, the child asks to be styled with a douyin style that makes the lips look slightly thicker and the shape of the eyes more round.
Just before the end of the video, Sherly displayed a portrait of Annie when she appeared in a pink dress designed by Designer Diana Putri, which has been worn by several global artists, before doing a photoshoot in the hallway of the house.
"In a separate video, the MUA returned to Annie's house to do her makeup again. However, Sherly got lost and saw the view of the pool from Annie's balcony."
Upon arriving in the dressing room, Sherly immediately retouched Annie's makeup for the evening event.
