"At the beginning of this year, Fanvue, a subscription platform for creators, held a beauty contest for avatars generated by AI. This contest emerged due to the popularity of several AI models such as Aitana Lopez and Emily Pellegrini on social media. The beauty contest was also well received by AI creators. According to Oddity Central, a total of 1,500 female AI avatars from various parts of the world were registered by creators to participate in the contest. The characters varied, ranging from hijab-wearing individuals, environmental activists, to hijab-wearing individuals."
From thousands of registrants, only 10 AI avatars successfully participated in the event. Later, the finalists of the contest will be judged based on their beauty, influence on social media, and the usage of AI by their creators.
The prizes are no joke. The top 3 finalists will win a total prize worth IDR 325 million. Meanwhile, the creator of Miss AI will take home cash worth IDR 81,250,000. Regardless of the prizes obtained, this beauty contest opens up new opportunities in the world of AI.
