How to Make Shrimp Rice Paper Roll Dumpling
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, slice the scallions, and chop the garlic. Sprinkle the chopped garlic, salt, and pepper onto the shrimp. Mix well.

Soak the rice paper and place shrimp and chopped scallions on it. Fold the rice paper into a spring roll shape. Arrange it in a steamer, brush with a little oil, and steam for 30 minutes.
