Ingredients:250 grams of wet yellow noodles (steeped in hot water, drained)2 eggs150 grams of boiled/fried chicken meat100 grams of green mustard greens (chopped)200 grams of cabbage (sliced)1 tomato (chopped)800 ml of chicken broth2 stalks of spring onions1 stalk of celery2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauceSaltGranulated sugarCooking oil

How to Make: Heat a little oil in a pan, then sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Add one-third of the broth, bring to a boil. Add cabbage, kale, and tomatoes. Stir briefly, set aside on the edge of the pan. Add eggs, stir until foamy. Pour in the remaining broth, add noodles, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir until well combined. Add slices of celery and spring onions, cook until done. Remove from heat. Serve with shredded boiled chicken, fried onions, and pickled cucumber and chili.
