Ingredients: 250 grams of potatoes, 3 tablespoons of wheat flour, 4 duck eggs, 100 grams of granulated sugar, 200 ml of thick coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of melted margarine, Salt, Vanilla
Preparation of Ingredients: Peel and wash the potatoes. Then steam the potatoes until tender, and mash them. Set aside. Making the Batter: Beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla using a whisk until fluffy and white. Gradually add the thick coconut milk while continuing to whisk.
Enter flour, salt, and melted margarine slowly while continuing to stir until the dough is evenly mixed. Add mashed potatoes. Stir again until well blended, if necessary strain for a smoother texture.
Baking Process: Prepare a flower mold, lightly grease it with margarine. Pour the batter into the mold until it's full. Bake the cake in the oven at a temperature below 170 degrees Celsius until it starts to set. Then switch to top and bottom heat, and bake the cake until it turns brown and evenly cooked. To ensure the cake is cooked, poke the middle part of the cake with a toothpick. If there's no batter sticking to it, the cake is already cooked.
