Ingredients: 5 pieces of kepok bananas or other types, 10 sheets of wonton skin, 100 grams of chocolate bars (small otong or can use chocolate sprinkles), water for sticking the wonton skin, cooking oil.
Preparation of Banana and Chocolate: Peel the banana, then cut it in half lengthwise. If the banana is too big, you can cut it into three or four pieces according to your preference. Prepare chopped chocolate bars or chocolate sprinkles. Preparing Wonton Wrappers: Take one sheet of wonton wrapper and place it on a flat surface. Place one piece of banana in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Add pieces of chocolate or chocolate sprinkles on top of the banana.
Wrap Piscok: Fold the wonton skin like an envelope, or roll it like making a rolled omelette. Make sure the roll covers the entire banana and chocolate. Brush the edges of the wonton skin with water to stick well and not open when fried.
Frying Piscok: Heat frying oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the wrapped piscok until the wonton skin turns golden brown and crispy. Lift and drain the cooked piscok on tissue paper to reduce excess oil.
