Dream - Indonesia Syiar Network (ISN) once again held an inspiring seminar by inviting two female preachers from two countries as speakers. The two female preachers who gave the study were Oki Setiana Dewi from Indonesia and Dunia Shuaib who comes from the United States.

Guided by Wirda Mansur and Daffa Rafid as the hosts, this inspiring seminar began with a prayer and a speech by the Founder of ISN, Mirza Muhamad, and Ria R Christiana.

In his speech, both of them invited all the guests present to collaborate and contribute without hesitation in creatively preaching to care for the Muslim community in Indonesia and the world.

As speakers, Oki Setiana Dewi and Dunia Shuaib presented topics related to mental health, which is now a major concern for people worldwide. The causes of someone facing mental health issues are varied. In addition to personal health history, these problems can arise from external factors such as discrimination or an unsupportive environment. Both speakers agree that the way to overcome life challenges that affect mental health is through support from those around us to engage in positive activities.

Shuaib, who is a teacher and book author as well as the founder and executive director of the Guided Heart Institute, said that re-framing (restructuring) the way we approach exams and challenges can strengthen our connection with Allah through prayer, reading the Quran, praying, reciting dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad.

To welcome Shuaib's statement, Oki assures the present guests that every person has a story, and what Allah gives is the best for us.

“Don’t ever make your life sad every day, Allah is with you, Allah never leave you but you leave Allah,”

says Oki, who is a graduate of PTIQ (College of Quranic Sciences) Jakarta and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah.
