"Dream - Roller skating in the streets of big cities like Jakarta is no longer an unusual sight. The forms are also becoming more diverse, from old-school roller skates to the in-line skates that are currently popular among the youth. Some of these roller skating enthusiasts even join a community to share their hobby together. For residents of Jakarta who enjoy this roller skating sport, they can join the Jakarta Inline Skate Community (JISCO)."
The JISCO community regularly trains at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) every Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM WIB. Meanwhile, on Sundays, the community here routinely holds training from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM WIB.
"When practicing, the members of the JISCO community share techniques such as crossing roller skate obstacles. Not only that, they also explain the equipment that must be worn for safety when riding a unicycle, such as elbow pads, knee pads, and helmets."
"Now, the community that has been established since 2015 has more than 200 members."
"Besides group training, this community is also often involved in various events. Not only attended by adults, the group training and competitions participated in by JISCO members are also attended by children."
