Sporty Friends is a sports association that includes not only running but also other sports within it. Such as strength training, drill exercises, and cross training.
"Dream - Sports are one easy way to achieve a healthy and fit body. However, many people are lazy or 'mager' (malas gerak, meaning too lazy to move) to exercise because they feel bored. To prevent you, Dream friends, from getting bored with the same workout, try joining a sports community. One of them is the Teman Sporty community, a trending community in Bandung, West Java."
The motivation behind the formation of Teman Sporty is to invite friends to be more enthusiastic about exercising without feeling shy, even if their running is still slow. Although it was only established on March 2, 2023, in Bandung, Teman Sporty already has many members.
"They are also active in activities or collaborations for running events. After exercising together, this community also enjoys hanging out together for culinary experiences just to spend time chatting. Even during the month of Ramadan, Teman Sporty also holds breaking the fast events together."
The translation of "Jadwal Rutin" to English is "Routine Schedule."
"Sporty Friends also have a regular schedule on Wednesday for strength training, drills, or bootcamp. Then on Friday, there is a fun run together and cross training in the form of swimming."
