There are several types of sports at Weekend Folk such as Zumba, poundfit, bootcamp, strong nation complete with personal trainers. Weekend Folk was established in 2021 starting from the founder's idea who enjoys exercising with his wife. Then many instructor friends reduced their teaching time due to the covid-19 pandemic.

"Moreover, friends who want to exercise but many sports venues are closed. From there, the idea of the founder emerged to create a community or platform for everyone to be able to exercise by establishing Weekend Folks."
