He managed to lose 38 kilograms, from initially weighing over 140, now down to 103 kg. He made several efforts and was very consistent. The owner of the real name Ignatius Penjami was initially invited by his wife to consult with a nutritionist, Dr. Feni Nugraha.
"I'm an emotional eater, many people think I'm always happy but I eat as a way to deal with the emotional pain. My wife took me to a nutritionist and after a week, I gained confidence," he said.
After undergoing the program and managing his diet well, Saykoji started the program in 2022 and lost 7.5 kg in one month. This immediately motivated him to exercise.

"Finally, I felt like I had to try exercising," he said.
Initially, the exercise he did was simple. He lifted dumbbells at home. He did it continuously.
"Turning simple and boring things into habits, slowly I transformed myself into an unhealthy version for years," he said.
He continued to do weightlifting exercises regularly. He also bought several exercise equipment to use at home.Â
Saykoji exercises five times a week, in addition to weight training, he also walks for 30 minutes. Now his weight is 103 kilograms and he is still consistent in living a healthier lifestyle.
Saykoji's post has motivated many people to live a healthier life, especially those who are just starting out.
