Suzuki Introduces New Generation Grand Vitara with Environmentally Friendly Engine

Dream - Suzuki reintroduces the Grand Vitara with a new look for its fans.  The Grand Vitara comes in two variants, GX and GL. The GX variant is available in 4 color choices, while the GL variant is available in 3 color choices.

"Currently, there is a trend movement and demand in the automotive industry with the dominance of SUVs in Indonesia," said Sales Marketing Director of Suzuki Indonesia, Matsushita Ryohei, during the launch at Jiexpo, Kemayoran, on Thursday, February 16, 2023.

Equipped with Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS), the Grand Vitara becomes a medium-sized sport utility vehicle (MSUV) with electrification technology. This car was introduced at the 2023 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMF).

"With comprehensive and in-depth studies, we innovate to meet those needs by reintroducing one of Suzuki's historical SUVs, the Suzuki Grand Vitara, which offers a premium SUV equipped with the latest advanced features and electrification technology, making fuel consumption more efficient," said Matsushita.

As a modern city cruiser, the Grand Vitara comes with an elegant, tough, and sporty exterior design.

The Grand Vitara is also equipped with a 1,500cc K15C Dual Jet engine that is environmentally friendly and provides optimal efficiency.

This is also supported by the use of SHVS technology that can optimize fuel consumption according to needs. In addition, it can also reduce exhaust emissions more effectively.

For its features, this car is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, LED Projector Headlamp with Autolight and Guide Me Light, Cruise Control, Head Up Display (HUD), and smartphone wireless charging.

There is also a 9-inch touchscreen head unit that can be connected to a smartphone, making it easier for users while driving.
