In the video, it shows how Koreans move their belongings to an apartment on an upper floor.

Instead of carrying them one by one using the lift, they transport their furniture using a tool operated from a car to lift it towards the apartment balcony.

Similar to a staircase, the tool is able to lift large and heavy furniture directly into the house through the exterior window. Therefore, residents do not need to carry them from the first floor to the upper floor, and then from the elevator to their unit.

However, the video mentions that the tool cannot reach very high floors. It is likely that only units below the 20th floor can use this tool.

In addition, in South Korea there are also services that provide house moving assistance, including delivering and lifting belongings into the house. So homeowners don't have to worry and just receive the convenience.
