The Acting CEO of RSCM, Lies Dina Liastuti, revealed that Fajri's condition is extremely rare. This has led to Fajri being placed in a specially modified room.
"Because of his extraordinary condition, we cannot care for him in a regular ward, so we have prepared a special room just for him," explained Lies.

Considering his extraordinary condition, the hospital had to modify the treatment room because there was no suitable bed for the 26-year-old patient.
"He cannot be placed on a bed because of his weight, which makes it impossible to find a suitable bed," said Lies.
"We modified the bed so that his head is slightly elevated, as it is the most ideal position for ICU treatment," she added.
Lies explained that the ICU equipment was moved to the room to monitor the patient, by modifying the room into a mini ICU.
"The room is quite spacious, around 6 x 6 meters, equipped with a ventilator, a lot of infusion drugs, and heart rate monitoring," she said.
Lies and other doctors handling Fajri's case stated that the patient's current condition is quite stable. However, he still needs to be continuously monitored.
"During the treatment in the ICU, the patient's condition is quite stable, but we have to closely monitor him because the physiological changes in an obese patient like him are very unique," explained Lilies and her colleagues.
RSCM stated that they are still observing various parameters such as breathing, kidneys, heart, and infections in a systematic manner.
"Our system focuses on observing, waiting, and addressing any changes while restoring the patient's condition," she added.
