Revealed the Figure Mistaken for Nyi Roro Kidul in Gus Miftah's Sermon

Dream - A video showing Gus Miftah's sermon in Lampung suddenly went viral on social media.

The video caused a sensation because it was said to show the appearance of a crowned figure allegedly Nyi Roro Kidul.

Gus Miftah responded to the video. In a post on Instagram @gusmiftah, he mentioned that the child who recorded it was scared, resulting in poor video quality.

"There was a sighting during the sermon last night in Lampung. Who is this figure? Maybe someone knows. Seriously asking. The camera was shaking because it was recorded by a scared child," he wrote in the caption.

Gus Miftah then uploaded another video that had been edited and numbered. It explained that there were 3 sightings.

"Regarding the sighting video: 1. Black and white smoke vortex, 2. Genuine Syanh grandfather, 3. Visible head," he wrote.

Gus Miftah then contacted his friend, Gus Hamid, regarding the viral video of the alleged sighting.

He also contacted the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) where the sermon was held and found out that the video was authentic and not edited.

"My friend Gus Hamid from Jember analyzed the viral video of my sermon at Alqodiri Islamic Boarding School in Central Lampung. I just called Kyai Imam Suhadi, the caretaker of Alqodiri Islamic Boarding School, regarding the authenticity of the video, and he has summoned the child who took the video. He explained that the video is authentic and not edited," he wrote.

However, a netizen claimed to have a higher quality video with a clear image. He claimed that the figure was a human, not a supernatural being.

On his Instagram account, the netizen then showed a clearer version of the video. He tagged a man whose clothes were very similar to the figure that was previously suspected to be Nyi Roro Kidul.
